AJK Mass Communication Research Centre M.A in Convergent Journalism Entrance Exam 2012
AJK Mass Communication Research Centre conducts M.A in Convergent Journalism course, the admission for which is provided on the basis of written test and an interview. The aspirants desiring for getting admission into the institute should perform well both in the written test as well as in the interview session.
Structure of AJK Mass Communication Research Centre M.A in Convergent Journalism Entrance Exam
The entrance exam will be for a total of 200 marks. There will be 2 sections in the question paper. In first part, there will be 100 objective questions each carrying 1 mark which the candidates need to finish within 120 minutes. Second part will comprise of 5 descriptive type questions, each carrying 15 marks. In this section, 25 marks will be allotted for the candidates’ writing style, command over the language and articulation. Applicants will be given 180 minutes to answer this part. All questions have to be answered and if any question is left unanswered, it will be treated as an incorrect response.

Eligibility Criteria
The candidates for the admission to M.A in Convergent Journalism in AJK Mass Communication Research Centre should hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. They should also secure a minimum of fifty percentage marks in the undergraduate programme.

The application fee payment of Rs. 500/- has to be made through DD. It has to be drawn in favor of Jamia Millia Islamia and should be payable at Delhi. The completed application form accompanied with all the required enclosures have to be sent to AJK Mass Communication Research Centre, Jamia Millia Islamia University, Maulana Mohammed Ali Jauhar Marg, New Delhi -110 025 before the cutoff date.
