The All Indian Council for Teacher Education has approved the courses offered by AIeMS and it is also a listed institution in COMED-K and CET. The institution admits students as per the rules formulated by the Government of Karnataka and Visvesvaraya Technical University from time to time. Bachelor of Engineering Seats:

For the branch of Information Science & Engineering, the total intake capacity of the institution is 60, out of which 30 are filled through CET, 15 on COMED-K and 15 are other seats. For Electrical and Electronics Engineering, total seats is 60, which is divided into 30, 15 and 15 respectively for CET, COMED-K and other seats. For Electronics & Communication Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering, the total number of seats is 120 each, which is divided as 60 each on CET basis, 30 each on COMED-K basis and 30 each on other seats.

Master of Business Administration:

For MBA course, the total intake capacity of the institution is 120, which is divided as 60, 30 and 30 for CET, COMED-K and other seats respectively.

Scholarships:

Amrutha Institute of Engineering & Management is following two scholarship schemes namely Anantha Nidhi and Amrutha Nidhi, with a view to offer scholarship up to a maximum of Rs.15000/- for meritorious students.
