Aryavart Gramin Bank (AGB) is a regional rural bank in Uttar Pradesh. This bank conducts Aryavart Gramin Bank (AGB) officers Recruitment Exam each year for the recruitment of eligible candidates for the post of Officers. The applications are invited from Indian Citizens. The candidates are selected for the Officers Scale-III, Officers Scale-II, Officers Scale-I and Office Assistant multipurpose in Aryavart Gramin Bank. Structure and Syllabus for Aryavart Gramin Bank (AGB) officers Recruitment Exam
The recruitment of the candidates for the Officers post in Aryavart Gramin Bank is on the basis of a written test and a personal interview. At first the candidates have to attend the written test. Written test will be in the format of objective type. It consists of 200 multiple choice questions. The total marks awarded for the exam is 200 marks. The time given for completing the exam is two and a half hours. The candidates should secure minimum 40% marks for the written exam for qualifying the test. After qualifying the written test the candidates have to attend the personal interview. At the time of interview questions are asked for evaluating the candidates’ personal interests, communication skill etc.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidates who have a Bachelors Degree from any recognized University in any discipline can apply for the Aryavart Gramin Bank (AGB) officers Recruitment Exam. The candidates must have good communication skill in both English and Malayalam Language. The age of the candidates must be between 18 and 28 years at the time of the recruitment process. Age relaxations are provided for the reserved category candidates as per the government rules. Those candidates who have good computer knowledge will get more preference at the time of the recruitment process.

The application forms for the Officers and Officers Assistant posts are available from the Aryavart Gramin Bank by the payment of the application fee. The application fee is Rs.500/- for the Officers post and Rs.400/- for the Office Assistants posts. The SC/ST/PH and Ex Serviceman candidates have to pay only Rs.100/- as the application fee. The application form can be paid by the payment voucher Challan from Indian Bank. The application form is also available from the website of Aryavart Gramin Bank www.aryavart-rrb.com. The candidates can use the application form downloaded from the website.
How to fill the Form?
Any error in the entered data might result in the rejection of the application form. Before filling the application form, the candidates must read all the instructions provided in the booklet for filling the form. The form should not be stapled, folded, wrinkled etc. Enclosures should not be pinned with the form. The contact details of the candidates must be correct. All the communication should be done through this address. The candidates’ signature should be put in the relevant column for that. The signature and the photograph of the candidates affixed in the application form must be clear. The demand draft of the exam fee should be send with the form. The incomplete form and the form reached after the due date will be rejected.
