Ayyappan is the Chairman as well as Managing Director of the company. The company mainly deals in the manufacturing of Condoms, Hormonal Contraception and surgical equipments. One of the most famous contraceptive products of the comapny is Ormeloxifene which is a non hormonal non steroid weekly oral conraceptive. The company was initially started as Hindustan Latex Limited. The company is a famous publice enterprise of the country dealing in the production of health care products.

Job Profile:

HLL Lifecare Limited is looking out for young and energetic professionals for the following posistions of Assistant Project Engineer, Project Engineers and Project Managers. All selected candidates will be placed in the region of South India.

1. Recruitment of Assistant Project Engineer (Civil):
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 37 years as on December 1, 2010.
Educational Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required with atleast 3 years of experience in construction projects.

2. Recruitment of Project Engineers (Civil):
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 45 years as on December 1, 2010.
Educational Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required with atleast 10 years of experience in construction projects.

3. Recruitment of Project Engineers (Mechanical):
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 45 years as on December 1, 2010.
Educational Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required with atleast 10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering projects.

4. Recruitment of Project Manager (Civil):
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 50 years as on December 1, 2010.
Educational Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required with atleast 5 years of experience in construction projects.

Pay Scale:

Salary under different pay bands (Pay Band-1, Pay Band-2, Pay Band-3 and Pay Band-4) will be allotted to the candidates in HLL Lifecare Limited depending on the post on which they will get selected.

Selection Process:

A personal interview test comprises the selection criteria of the candidates in HLL Lifecare Limited. The interview will be taken by a selection committee and candidate’s selection on the desired position depends totally on their performance in this interview test. No other test of candidates will be taken by the company after this interview test.
