The institute admits candidates for the B. Ed course based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

The candidates, who have passed PUC/PDC/ intermediate examination in Physics, Chemistry, Biology subjects with at least 50% marks, are eligible to apply for the BDS course. They must get qualified in the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) conducted by the Bihar government, in order to get admission for the BDS course in the institute.
