Fresh graduates in engineering can participate in the campus selection process of ADP solutions. Selection of suitable candidate is done through a three stage process, written test, technical interview, and HR interview. There will be four sections for the written test and two stages for technical interview. Those who clear these stages can confirm their placement after HR interview session.

Eligibility Criteria for campus placement in ADP Solutions

Technically qualified freshers are considered for campus placement in ADP Solutions. Engineering graduates or MCA holders with a minimum aggregate of 70% marks can participate in the selection process. Such candidates must have scored not less than 65% marks in 10th and 12th. Also eligible candidate must be free of backlogs throughout academics. Apart from the educational qualifications, candidate must hold certain professional qualifications. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and reasoning skills are also mandatory to apply.

Campus Placement Procedure for ADP Solutions

Selection of eligible candidates to ADP Solutions is done through a three stage selection process.

  • Written Test
  • Technical Interview
  • HR Interview

Objective model questions will be asked for written test. There will be three sections for the written test.

Section A

Verbal and quantitative aptitude type questions will be asked from the first section, Section A. Number of questions is 40 and time allotted for completion of the same is 20 minutes. In verbal ability, there will be 10 questions each on analogies and sentence completion. For the section of quantitative aptitude, there will be questions on profit and loss, number systems, boats and streams, allegation of mixtures and so on.

Section B

A total of 20 questions based on technical topics studied under engineering or MCA course will be asked. A composite time of 30 minutes is given to complete the session.

Section C

Five questions based on programming knowledge will be asked for the session. Time allotted for completion of the session is 20 minutes.

Section D

Fourth section will be based on a given passage, which will be completed with in 10 minutes.

Those who get through the written test are short listed for technical interview. There will be two stages for technical interview. Candidates having cleared the first stage of technical interview can move to second stage. Second stage is rather tough than the first stage.

Final stage of selection process is HR interview. In this section, the communication skill and personality of the candidate is basically tested.
