Solverminds usually conducts campus placement through written test and interview. Written test comprise of questions on aptitude, object oriented programming, operations systems, JSP, J2EE, Structured Query Language, EJB etc. Bachelor degree holders in engineering/technology and MCA graduates with a minimum of 60% marks can attend this written test. Those who clear the written exam can participate in interview session. Majority of the questions asked for interview will be from technical/subject related topics.

Eligibility Criteria for Campus Placement in Solvermind

Fresh candidates who are technically qualified are usually considered for placement in Solverminds. Bachelor degree holders in engineering/technology and MCA graduates can participate in the recruitment programmes. Such candidates should have adequate proficiency in java programming, J2EE, database and software testing. Preference will be given for those who have completed certification courses in J2EE, software testing, etc. Good communication skills are preferred.  Moreover, aspirants should have at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination and must be free of backlogs.

Selection Procedure for Campus placement in Solverminds

Recruitment process is done through written test and interview. There will be two sections for the written test, aptitude section and technical knowledge. Aptitude section is designed in such a way as to measure the logical and analytical skills of the candidate. Technical section generally comprises of questions related to java programming. Each of the section carries 15 questions to make a total of 30 questions. There is cut off marks for each of the sections of the written test. Then also, candidates having scored high marks in technical session can expect selection to interview.

Those who pass through written test will be short listed for interview. Interview is mostly based on technical topics. Concepts of object oriented programming, operations systems, JSP, J2EE, Structured Query Language, EJB, etc are mainly asked for the interview.
