Job Profile: The candidate is to be responsible for achieving sales targets and building relationship between the bank and its employees. He must also create brand awareness for the bank. The sales targets will be assigned on a monthly basis and he or she must ensure that he or she is validated in every quarter. He or she must also keep track of all the Renewal Premiums and provide a weekly feedback to the bank manager. It is also necessary for the particular candidate to himself updated about all the latest trends in the industry and about the latest product forms.

Educational Qualifications: The candidates must hold an MBA on Finance to get considered for the job. Knowledge of English and the local language are highly desirable.
