Mohanlal Sukhadia University was set up in the year 1962 with an aim to provide overall socio-economic growth of all the sections of society in Southern Rajasthan. The university UGC sponsored “Women’s Study Centre” and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare supported “Population Research Centre” in order to support for women empowerment, gender equality and child development.
