Life Insurance Corporation of India has notified around 100 vacancies for the profile of ‘Financial Services Executive’ in the northern zone of India. Bachelor degree holders from any of the recognized University can apply. Computer proficiency and knowledge in English language is preferred qualifications. Selection process is made through a written exam (if necessary) and interview. Questions from topics such as reasoning, numerical ability, and general knowledge are asked for the written test, if conducted. Selection process for the profile of ‘Financial Services Executive’ in LIC is done through a written exam (if necessary) and interview. Only those who qualify the written test are short listed for interview. Written test will be conducted in objective model and comprise questions from the following topics.

• Test of Reasoning
• Numerical Ability
• General Knowledge

The date and center of exam will be intimated to the aspirant individually. Selected candidates will be placed anywhere in India. They will be provided with theoretical training to get through IRDA exam and to obtain a license to procure Life Insurance Business.

Eligible candidates can submit handwritten or type written application in the format specified at LIC portal. Application fee is Rs.100/-. SC/ST candidates are exempted from fee payment. Fee must be submitted in the form of Demand Draft taken in favor of Life Insurance Corporation of India. It must be payable at the Divisional Headquarter where the candidate supposed to apply. Applications signed properly, must be submitted along with the following documents.

• Attested copy of qualification certificate and age proof
• Attested copy of Discharge Certificate (applicable for Ex-servicemen)
• Demand Draft
• Attested copy of caste certificate (applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates)

The name and date of birth of the candidate must be written in the back side of the DD to be sent. Also, original copies of caste certificate, discharge certificate, and qualification certificate must be produced at the time of interview.
