Period of Contract: Three years

Remuneration: Candidates appointed for the position of Direct Sales Executives will be paid on performance basis.

Eligibility Conditions:

Education: Candidates must be UG degree holders in any discipline from an Indian university and preference will be given to candidates with diploma or UG Degree in management/marketing. They should possess good working knowledge of English and one regional language. Knowledge of soft skills like excel/word/power point would be additional advantage.

Selection Procedure:

Selection of candidates will be based on written test (if necessary), followed by interview. For details regarding syllabus and venue of written test, visit http://www.licindia.in/pages/WZ_2011.pdf. Candidates succeeding in the written test will only be called for interview.

Cost of Application:

The application fee is Rs.100 (other than SC/ST candidates) should be paid by cash at any cash counter during cash hours in any branch offices of LIC under Account Code 114034. On payment of fee, candidates will get a miscellaneous receipt, which should be produced at the time of written test. Fee can be paid from 29th August 2011 until 19th of September 2011.
