Yes, it is possible to get admission in the second year of a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program after completing a Diploma in Architecture.
The specific admission requirements may vary between universities or institutions, so it is advisable to check with the specific institutions you are interested in.

In many cases, universities offer lateral entry or direct entry programs for students who have completed a diploma in a related field, such as Architecture or Civil Engineering. These programs are designed to provide a pathway for diploma holders to join the B.Arch program at an advanced stage.

The admission process typically involves fulfilling certain criteria, such as:

1. Meeting the academic requirements: You may be required to have a minimum percentage or grade point average in your diploma program to be eligible for admission. The specific requirements can vary between institutions.

2. Entrance examination: Some universities may require you to appear for an entrance examination, which may include tests related to architectural aptitude, drawing skills, and other relevant subjects.

3. Personal interview: You might be called for a personal interview as part of the admission process. The interview allows the admission committee to assess your motivation, goals, and suitability for the B.Arch program.

Yes, it is possible to get admission in the second year of a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program after completing a Diploma in Architecture. Many universities and colleges offer lateral entry or direct entry schemes for students who have completed a diploma or equivalent qualification in architecture.

The specific requirements and eligibility criteria for admission may vary depending on the institution and the country you are in. However, in general, you would need to meet certain criteria such as:

1. Completion of a recognized diploma program in architecture or a related field.
2. Meeting the minimum academic requirements set by the university or college, including minimum marks or grade point average (GPA) requirements.
3. Meeting any additional requirements set by the institution, such as portfolio submission or an entrance examination.

The availability of lateral entry or direct entry schemes may vary among institutions. Some institutions may have limited seats available for direct entry, while others may not offer this option at all.
