No, you can't cannot directly pursue degree course in engineering after completing ITI course. After ITI, you have to complete diploma course in which you will get a lateral entry.
Diploma course is of 3 years duration but through lateral entry, its duration will be of two years only. After completing diploma course, you can get admission to graduation course in engineering.
Here also, in graduation, you will get lateral entry, usually graduation course is of four years duration but through lateral entry, it's duration will be of three years only.
Ater getting admission to engineering course, you can choose any one of the following specialisations:-
Mechanical Engineering
Computer Science
Civil Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics and Communication Engineering

Now ITI degree is considered to be equivalent to XII STD.

Yes, you can apply for the bachelor's degree courses. You need to check the eligibility for that particular course and the institution your are applying to.

Yes ITI student can join degree course but for that he have to do diploma after ITI.

Student can get admission to second year after diploma.

For diploma admission will be on basis of 10th marks.

After diploma can go for BTech( Degree) in second year through lateral entry

No candidate cannot pursue BTech or degree directly after ITI, if some universities consider ITI equal to 10 + 2 then those universities can accept students for degree on the basis of ITI.

Otherwise,
The basic requirement for a graduation or a degree is 10 + 2

Firstly student have to complete their Diploma Or 10+2 and after diploma they can get into B tech programme (degree)

If candidate go for diploma than he can directly enter into second year of degree through lateral entry exam.
