Yes, you can do a diploma after doing a certificate in being a clinic officer. In fact, many people do this. As for your grades, it is possible to get into a diploma program with a mean grade of C and C- in biology and D in mathematics and chemistry. However, it is important to note that the competition for admission to diploma programs is fierce, and your grades will be one of the factors that admissions committees consider. If you have a strong academic record overall and can demonstrate that you are passionate about the field of clinical officer, you may still be able to get into a good program.

There are a few things to keep in mind, however.
First, you will need to make sure that the diploma program you are interested in is accredited. This will ensure that the program meets the standards of the relevant professional organizations.
Second, you will need to make sure that you have the prerequisite courses for the diploma program. This may mean taking additional courses or completing a bridge program.
Third, you will need to make sure that you are prepared for the rigors of a diploma program. A diploma in clinical officer is a demanding program, and you will need to be prepared to work hard.
If you are willing to put in the effort, however, there is no reason why you cannot do a diploma after doing a certificate in being a clinic officer. In fact, doing so can be a great way to expand your knowledge and skills and open up new career opportunities.
