Can I do diploma after 12th in Malaysia or Canada?


Hello Sir/Mam, I am now study in 12th can I do a diploma in Malaysia or Canada? Can someone please give me the information soon on the same? I need to know the steps which I need to follow to apply for the course as well. Thank you!
