Hi.
I want to know that if my cgpa in 10th standard is 9,
then can i go outside India to continue
with my 11th and 12th standard.
Just anywhere except Singapore and Malaysia???

Yes, you can definitely go outside India to pursue your higher studies, 11th and 12th standard. There is no compulsion of going to Singapore or Malaysia as there are other opportunities as well like USA, UK, Japan, Canada, Australia, etc. Hence you can opt for these options as well. Since you have 9 CGPA so you have a good career record. But you need to score well in the entrance exams based on which foreign institutes take admission which is SAT and one English proficiency test among IELTS and TOEFL and sometimes interview from the concerned institute.
