I am a student of Mechanical Engineering Diploma. After completing my Diploma program, I am eligible to study Marine Engineering in B.Tech? I want to know about this.

Yes, you can study BTech Marine Engineering after completion of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Eligibility to join the BTech Marine Engineering is as follows: Candidates with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Marine Engineering from any polytechnic college approved by the Government with at least 60% marks and should have secured 50% marks in English in 10th standard or 12th or diploma. The upper age limit for the admission is 25 years. You have to clear an entrance examination for taking admission to the BTech Marine Engineering. You can apply for the admission online.
