Can I study BCA(H) being a Diploma Mechanical Engineer?


Hi friends, I have completed 3 years Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering. Can I study BCA(H) now? I don't want to study BE or BTech course. So, please let me know if I can study BCA(H) course. Waiting for your response!

Yes, you can do BCA(H) that is Bachelor of Computer Application after getting a diploma in mechanical engineering.

Many Universities provide a lateral entry in to second year of BCA for diploma holders.

You can check this out with Madras Open University, Kurukshetra University, MDU Rohtak and Anna University.
