Detailed procedure to study Distance Diploma in Electrical Engineering for ITI holder in Assam?


Hello Friends,
I have completed my ITI(Electrical). Now I am working in a Government Organisation. But I want to complete my Diploma from Distance Education. Can you please give me details procedure for doing Diploma in Electrical Engineering in Assam in Distance mode?

To study Diploma in Electrical Engineering course after completion of your two years ITI course, you need to appear in entrance examinations like VOCLET, etc. which is conducted by your respective state entrance examinations board. By qualifying the entrance examination, based upon your examination rank, you will be allotted a seat in a particular college and you can get admission in second year of three years Diploma course.

Sorry there is no distance education programme for technical programs lik electrical engineering diploma since it requires hands on training and more importance to practicals. Also the validity if any will be less.
