I have completed diploma in lateral entry after I.T.I complete. My question is diploma is equivalent to 12th. Because any requirement the educational qualifications are 12th or its equivalent. So I am confused, please answer sir.

Yes, the Diploma course is equivalent to 12th standard and the value of Diploma certificate is high when compared to 12th standard certificate. Both, the Diploma and 12th standard courses can be pursued after completion of 12th standard. But, the duration of Diploma course is 3 years and 11th & 12th standard duration is 2 years. So, we can say that Diploma course has higher value when compared to 12th standard.

Yes, Diploma is equivalent to 12th standard. Moreover, it is a bit higher than 12th, because, one can get direct second year B.E admission after Diploma. Now a day most of the Government exam also accepts a Diploma certificate. So, please don't worry, can apply for Government, which is having 12th standard qualification.
