Does Indian Railway provides any Diploma course? Eligibility criteria and procedure of admission in this course?
Hello sir, I have passed 10th exam and wan to know does Indian Railway provides any Diploma course? If, yeas then eligibility criteria and procedure of admission in this course?

Yes, Indian Railway provides One-Year Correspondence Diploma courses which are:
1. Diploma in "Rail Transport and Management.* 2. Diploma in "Transport Economics and Management" 3. Diploma in "Multi-Modal Transport [Containerization] and Logistics Management" 4. Port Development and Management (PDM) Eligibility Criteria:- You must have a Bachelor's Degree (Technical) or a Diploma in any Engineering Discipline from a recognized Board or University. How to Apply:- You can get prospectus for details, by paying Rs. 150 for each course, by cash or by demand draft in favor of Institute of Rail transport, payable at New Delhi, along with a self-addressed stamp envelope (11”x5”) of Rs. 15 for ordinary post or Rs. 40 for speed post. Note:*Write your full name, address and name of course, in capitals at the reverse side of demand draft. Prospectus can also be received by paying cash at the counter of IRT (Institute of Rail Transport) office C/o General Manager Office, Rail Sadan, South Block, Chandra Shekharpur, Bhubaneshwa, Odisha-17.
