The South East Central Railway (SECR) is the Indian railway zone headquartered at Bilaspur. SECR was established on 20 September 1998 and was nationalized on 5 April 2003. SECR actually came from the South Eastern Railway and it includes 3 divisions - Raipur, Bilaspur and Nagpur Divisions. It is one among the sixteen railway zones in the country
Job Profile:
South East Central Railway (SECR) invites application from eligible candidates for the Group-D Posts in its Raipur, Bilaspur and Nagpur Divisions and workshops. (For complete details of the posts under group-D refer the SECR’s website).
No. of posts – 5798
Pay Scale – Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs.1800
Eligibility:
Age Criteria – The age criteria for the candidates to be able to apply for the post is 18-33 years, which can be relaxed according to rules.
Qualification –Pass in 10th class or ITI or its equivalent is essential. Candidates awaiting results must not apply.
Selection Process:
The selection of the post is through Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Test and personal interview. For complete details about each selection procedure, refer the SECR’s website.

Eligible interested candidates can download the application from http://www.secr.indianrailways.gov.in. Completely filled application should be sent along with required enclosures to the following address through ordinary post:

Application Fee:

There is no fee for SC/ST/PWD, women, minority candidates and Ex-servicemen.
