I did B.E in civil engineering. And I am carrying 1 year 4 months teaching experience in pvt. diploma collage. Sir I want to continue this teaching profession in govt polytechnic colleges also. But i dont know how to apply to get that job? Could you please tell me what are procedures for that?

To become a Lecturer in College you have to complete Post Graduation in the subject you want to become a Lecturer. To become a Lecturer you have to apply, appear and crack the NET(National Eligibility Test) examination conducted by UGC two times a year for selection of Lecturer and award to Junior Research Fellowship(JRF).

The eligibility to apply for Government Polytechnic Lecturer job a candidate must have passed a Master's degree in any of the relevant subjects with a minimum score of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university and higher qualifications are always preferred. There is no age limit to apply for the NET examination. Interested candidates need to clear the UGC-NET examination which is held twice a year, after clearing this examination you can apply as a lecturer in any college whether it is private or government.

To become a Lecturer in Government Polytechnic college, you have to appear in the NET(National Eligibility Test) examination conducted by UGC and you have to secure qualifying marks to get this job.
