Examination pattern of Delhi Polytechnic CET 2019?


Hi friends, I have applied for Delhi Polytechnic CET for admission in Diploma Engineering courses. I want to know about the pattern of this entrance examination. Can you please tell me the exam pattern of 2019?

CET Delhi 2019 Exam Pattern:

CET Delhi is conducted for 5 tests. The examination will be conducted on last week of May 2019 and the entrance exam of Delhi Polytechnic will be conducted in Delhi only.

Total 150 questions will come in the entrance exam. Objective type questions will be asked in the examination and four alternative options will be provided for each question, students have to work only the right one.

Entrance exam will be conducted in offline mode.

Students are required to attempt the question paper in 150 minutes.

The medium of question paper English and Hindi.

Each correct answer will contain 4 marks.

One mark will be deducted for indicating incorrect response.

Examination pattern:

The examination will held in online mode or Computer Based test.
The question paper will be available in Hindi and English both the languages.
The question paper consists of total 150 questions of MCQ type.
The question paper will be divided into five sections that is chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, English and Biology.
The duration of examination will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
There will be a penalty of 1 mark for each incorrect answer and 4 marks will be awarded for each correct answer.

The question paper will be comprises of 150 questions Objective type Multiple Choice.

The question paper will be in the online mode only.

The question paper will be asked in 2 languages - Hindi and English.

duration of examination will be for 150 minutes.

There will be the deduction of 1 mark for each incorrect answer.

Exam pattern of Delhi Polytechnic CET 2019 examination :-

Type of questions - objective type questions
will be asked in the exam .

Exam mode:-
The exam will be conducted in offline mode in OMR pattern.

Answering mode:-
Candidates have to mark their answers using black ball pen only.

Duration:-
The exam duration will be total 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Number of questions:-
The question paper will contain 150 objective type questions.

Marking scheme :-
4 marks will be given for each correct answer.

Negative marking:-

1 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer.
