I am pursuing my Diploma in Forensic science. So after that can i take become a Forensic Expert?

You need to have Good Domain Knowledge in the field of Forensic Science.
After the completion of Diploma in Forensic Science you need to complete a Degree course in Forensic Science.
Once you have done that you will be eligible for the Post of a Forensic Expert.
You need to clear an Entrance Examination as well as a Personal Interview and once you are able to do that you will be recognized as a Forensic Expert.
