How much percent is required to get adimssion in ITI in 10th class and how can we prepare for it?

The percentage which is required to get admission in ITI in the 10th class is a candidate must have scored at least 33% marks in their qualifying examination from a recognized board. The minimum qualification required to take admission in ITI is a candidate must have cleared class 8th or 10th in the regular mode from a recognized board. It is mandatory to receive passing marks in all the examinations in your class 8th or 10th.

Depending upon the choice of ITI course in which you seek the admission you must compulsory have some subjects at class 8th/10th. The admission process for ITI courses varies from state to state. Some state conducts a centralized admission process and the selection will be based on merit. The minimum age limit is usually around 14 years and the maximum age limit is 40 years.

Any student who completed class 8 and class 10 with a minimum of 33% of marks can enroll in an ITI course. but you were admitted based on a merit list.

So, you have to prepare well and achieve good marks to get selected on the merit list.

There is no minimum percentage required to get admission in ITI course. Admission in this course is rely on merit or marks scored in 10th standard. That means the more percentage you score, the better campus and stream you will get. Some institute conduct entrance exam to admit students so you have to prepare for it if you want admission there.

After completion of an ITI course you can also go for polytechnic course and their you will get admission directly in 2nd year to lateral entry.
