Sir/Mam,

Can you please provide me the list of AICTE approved diploma colleges in electrical engineering by distance learning? I just want to apply to the colleges which are approved by the Government in order to get the job right after the completion of the course.

AICTE doesn't approved any distance learning Diploma Engineering course. You have to take regular classes to become a Diploma holder in Engineering stream. Hence, apply for polytechnic entrance exam and get a decent rank so that you can get admission in a reputed institute after counselling.

There are many distance learning Diploma in Engineering institutes but I would advice you to not go for them because it will not make you eligible for any government job. For government job you have to complete Diploma from a AICTE institute.

I am ITI electrician,working in govt of Assam.For promotion ,I should be electrical diploma holder. I have no option other than doing distant course in enginerring. As I am regular service holder ,so doing regular class is not possible for me. Now , what l will do? Also tell me where to complain my query, so that l can get a way to solve my problem.
