Is it mandatory to appear in LEET to study BE for Diploma student? Cost of application form and last date of form submission?

Sir, I am studying in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. I want to study BE after completing my Diploma course. As I am doing Diploma in Haryana so for study BE I have to give LEET? If yes, then what is the fee of application and when the date is over for LEET in Haryana?
