I want the details about the
lateral entry to B.E. through diploma cet exam.
Also the special kannada paper
is necessary to be answer for the same????

No, it is not mandatory to attempt Kannada paper in Diploma CET.
The candidate who qualify diploma CET would be eligible for admission in 2nd year in B.Tech/B.E.
Eligibility criteria for Diploma CET:
1) A candidate should have passed diploma with 45% and above marks from a recognized board.
2) There is no upper age limit but a candidate must be older than 17 years.
Students will be given admission according to the merit list through counselling.
