Is it possible to change college in 3rd semester of diploma?
I am currently doing diploma in Ahmedabad gov college. But I am from Surat city and I am not comfortable without my family. I recently gave my 2nd semester exams and want to change the college to Surat after the 3rd semester. So can I change the college ?

No it is not possible. You are allowed to switch colleges within the same university, which is limited to a few universities like GGSIPU etc. .However, if you want to change the university, you can do so by leaving only the current one .
