Is it possible to study M.Sc(IT) for 3 years Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering candidate?


Hello,
My name is Vipin Kumar. I am in doubt right now. Actually I am doing Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering 3 years course. Can I do M.Sc(IT) after this Diploma course?

No, it is not possible to study M.Sc (IT) course after completion of your three years Diploma in Computer Science Engineering course. To be eligible to pursue M.Sc (IT) course, you must have completed Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Since, you have not pursued Bachelor's degree course, you are not eligible to pursue M.Sc (IT) course. So, I suggest you pursue B.E/B.Tech course after completion of your three years Diploma course, so, that you can pursue M.Sc (IT) course after completion of your B.E/B.Tech course.

You have completed diploma in computer science and engineering so you are not eligible for M.Sc in IT but you can apply for B.Tech in IT.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree in IT or CS from a recognized university are eligible for M.Sc in IT.

Your age should be above 17 years.
