I would like to know that there is a value for Diploma course in EEE and which Engineering stream I should do in Diploma? Kindly help me regarding this.

You can choose any stream in which you are interested in Diploma course. The list of Diploma courses available to study after 10th standard are :-

--> Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
--> Diploma in EEE
--> Diploma in ECE
--> Diploma in CSE
--> Diploma in IT
--> Diploma in Automobile Engineering
--> Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering
--> Diploma in Textile Engineering
--> Diploma in Plastic Engineering
--> Diploma in ETC
--> Diploma in EIE

The Diploma in EEE has a good scope in career. After completion of your Diploma EEE course, you can find government jobs in Transco, Genco, etc., or you can also pursue your higher studies in B.E/B.Tech course.
