Following are the dates regarding application form in Haryana LEET 2015:

Online application process started from the 1st week of March 2015.
Last date to receive the forms was in the last week of April 2015.
Test conducted in the month of May 2015.
So, last date of application is over. You have to wait for the next year notification.
