Sir/Mam,

I obtained 76.4% in 12th in 2015 with maths and in matriculation 73.4% in BSEB but still I
did not got any scholarship. since I am very poor boy .I want to crack an I.A.S exam.Am I eligible to get any scholarship or loan?please suggest me .for this I shall be ever oblige to you.

Without getting admission at a registered/recognized college you cannot avail any scholarship. Otherwise if you have any innovative ideas, you can write a letter t prime minister explaining your concept to the particular cell that receive such matters and if it is worth you may get fellowship and subsidy for developing the same.
