Can I apply for Bank Education Loan if completed 1st semester of M.Tech?
Respected Sir,
I have passed 1st semester examination of M.Tech 1st year. Now I think I cannot complete my M.Tech due to financial crisis. So in this case I can apply for any education loan from Bank? |

Yes you can apply for education loan in any nationalized bank. Generally they gave loan during admission in a course/First year, But nowadays according to RBI guidelines, banks should not decline education loan application of a student during his/her mid semester.
Try to contact first government banks such as SBI, PNB, Corporation Bank. The base rate of loan of these banks are 10.25% p.a. Then you can go for private banks such as ICICI. HDFC, Kotak etc. If you fulfill their criteria then they will pass your loan within 2-3 weeks. |
