Can I apply for MOFCOM Scholarship China being an MPhil student?
I want to apply in MOFCOM Scholarship China as I have completed my MSc standard and now studying MPhil. I know that this scholarship is for school students. So, can I get this scholarship? Kindly tell me about this as soon as possible. Thank you!
