Can I apply for scholarship in 12th on the basis of 10th result?


I have passed 10th with 10 CGP and A1 in all five subjects . Now i m in 12th can i apply for merit scholarship and how?

I have no been selected for IOCL scholarship in my 10th standard, can i try again for 11th standard as a fresher??
