Hi Sir, I have taken personal loan for my BTech course. This is my final year and I am planning to study MTech course with the help of an education loan. I want to know that can I face problem due to my personal loan?

You need to clear your previous debt to become eligible for any further loan. If you have taken a personal loan to study BTech then it's your decision but now you have to pay it back with interest. Only after you repay it back to the bank, you will become eligible for education loan.

Personal loans have a higher interest rate compared to education loan and it is not a wise decision to use a personal loan for education purpose. Your credit score will be affected if you don't pay on time.
