Can I get concession in Bank Education loan if my father is in Indian Navy?
Sir/Madam, I am studying MBA against Education Loan of Rs. 7 Lacs. My father is an Officer of Indian Navy. He is the guarantor against this loan and pay interest. I want to know that I get any deduction in education loan in this case?

It all depends on the income of your family. Subsidy is usually provided to those who belong to a financially poor background. An income certificate will be required for availing such subsidies.
If your father is an Officer in Indian Navy, then it will be very difficult to get any such subsidy, because salary of an Officer is not considered in the low income group. |
