Hello,
I have finished BE in EEE with 3.96 CGPA out of 4.00. I am serving in an organization as an Avionics Engineer. Now I want to complete MS course in Germany. Can I get a Scholarship from any University in Germany? If not then I am eligible to apply and get for Education Loan?

Most of the foreign universities give scholarship on the basis of performance in the entrance exams based on which they take admission and during the course in which you are enrolled in that college along with extra curricular activities. Some have even started giving scholarships on the basis of previous academic records of the students seeking admission. Since you have very less CGPA so you might not get scholarship unless you perform exceptionally well in the entrance exams based on which they take admission.You are eligible to take education loan to pursue your Ms course in Germany. You can take education loan up to20 lakhs.
