Hi friends, please help me to know about the documents which are essentially required for applying in Dr. BR & CR Shetty Scholarship for Academic Excellence 2019. Please let me know about the documents immediately because I want to apply for this scholarship. Waiting for your response!

Documents required to apply for the Dr. BR & CR Shetty Scholarship for Academic Excellence are given below:

>> ID proof (Aadhaar Card or Pan Card, Passport, etc.)

>> Admission Proof (current course)

>> Mark sheet copies of Class XII examination

>> Domicile certificate

>> Family income proof

>> Proof of special preference (if applicable):

For differently abled – disability certificate
For 3 plus children in the family – ration card / valid government ID proof of children
For single parent – death certificate or other valid proof
Terminal / serious Illness – proof of the illness

Documents required for Dr. BR & CR Shetty Scholarship for Academic Excellence

- Valid ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport etc.)

- Xerox Copy of Mark sheet of Class 12th

- Proof of admission to present course (Admission Letter/Fee Receipt/College ID Card/Bonafide Certificate)

- Family Income Proof (Ration Card/BPL/APL Card/Valid Certificate issued by Tehsil/Panchayat/Ward Counsellor/Sarpanch/CO/DM/SDM/Current Month Salary Slip)

- Domicile Certificate (Ward Counsellor/Sarpanch/Mukhiya/CO/SDM/DM)

Documents required to apply for Dr. BR & CR Shetty Scholarship for Academic Excellence 2019 are as follows:-

Valid ID Proof
Copy of mark sheet of class 12th or PUC examination
Proof of admission of current course
Proof of family income
Domicile certificate
Proof of special preference if applicable:-
Differently abled: Disabled certificate
Single Parent: death certificate or other valid proof
3+ children in family: Ration card/ valid Govt. ID Proof of children
Serious /terminal illness: documents proving the illness
