Hi friends, I am going to apply for Dr. Shamanur Shivashankarappa Janakalyana Trust’s Scholarship Program. I am an MBBS student now and just want to know that what are all documents will be required to apply in this scholarship. Please let me know about the documents asap. Thank you!

Documents required to apply for Dr. Shamanur Shivashankarappa Janakalyana Trust's Scholarship Program are as follows:-
Passport size photo should be attached to the printed application form
Class 10th and class 12th mark-sheet
Latest year or semesters mark-sheet if studying in graduation or post graduation
Income Certificate should not be more than INR 1 Lakh from all the sources
Copy of Admission receipt/ fee receipt
Copy of Identity card (if issued by the institution)
Copy of Student Bank account passbook
Copy of AADHAR Card

Affixed lassport size photo on the printed application,

10th, 12th marks sheets,

Previous year/previous semesters marks list in case of studying UG/PG.

Income certificate with family income from all sources not more than one lakh per year,

Admission receipt/fee receipt,

Identity card (if issued by the Institution),

Bank account details of students,

Aadhar card.
