Completed application form,

Certificate of Health,

Recommendation Letter.

Placement preference application form

Field of study and research plan

Academic transcript of all year of university attended

Certification of graduation or degree certificate of university attended

Required Documents:-


Letter of Recommendation.

Photograph(s)

Government-issued ID (e.g. passport)

Transcript/Grades Record/Record of Marks.

Certificate of Graduation or Expected Graduation.

Proof of Outstanding Academic Performance.

Outline of Graduation Thesis.

Yes, it is important to enclose the important documents along with the application form. Your application should contain the information in this order,

1) Updated resume.
2) Filled Application form.
3) Certificate or proof of Field of Study & Research Proposal
4) Placement Preference form
5) A copy of Educational Certificates etc.
