Himachal Pradesh Bonafide Certificate

Recent Passport Size Photograph

Aadhaar Card copy

Certificate of Parent engaged in the unclean profession (issued by an officer not below the rank of Tehsildar)

Bank Account Details of the student

Previous year Result Card from Matric examination onwards
