Yes, you have to submit below documents to apply for Nilam Patel Bahushrut Foundation Scholarship.

- Must submit Disability certificate.
- Must submit academic qualification mark sheets like, HSC/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Must submit audiogram certificate was taken at the government hospital or institute.
- Must submit Proof of admission in institute or college
- Must attach latest passport size photo in the application.

Documents required to apply for Nilam Patel Bahushrut Foundation- For HSC and Above Students Scholarship:

Class 10th certificate, mark sheet and school leaving certificate,

Certificate of deafness,

Latest audiogram taken at government hospital or institute,

Passport size photograph,

Confirmed admission letter in graduate or post-graduate program (in case of abroad studies),

Copy of the passport and student visa
(in case of abroad studies),

Attested copies of the certificates and transcripts related to academics (in case of abroad studies).
