To become an IAS is my dream. But for that also lots of coaching and books are required for can I get education loan for it?

I am extremely sorry to state that you cannot avail education loan to make your dream come true. Education loan facility is not provided by any bank to candidates for preparation of any entrance exams even it is IAS. Hence you cannot avail the education loan to buy books or spend the money in the coaching of IAS.

I think there is lots of scholarship programme. you can search on google and find. I am sure you can get scholarship.
