I have a arrear in my ug but I cleared it. Since I got a arrear in ug will I get a bank loan for my pg?

If you are talking about arrear in repayment of loan, and you have already cleared it.
Then after getting it cleared, you can easily apply for loan for UG programme.
There are various banks that provide education loan depending on the course and institution in which one has taken admission.

Are education Loan sanctioned for arrear cleared students?

Yes, you can get an education loan if you have cleared your arrears. There is no such rule that the applicant applying for the loan should not have any arrear.
The High Court of Madras also directed the college that the college can not cancel a student's loan just because he or she got an arrear in any semester.
