I am interested to study BSc(Electronics) after my Higher Secondary. For this course I want to apply a Short Term Study Loan Scheme from Tamilnad Mercantile Bank. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria to apply an education loan from this bank. And also let me know about the documents which are required for applying.

Eligibility to apply for an Education Loan in Tamilnad Mercantile Bank to study BSc(Electronics) are as follows.

You must be an Indian National.

You must have secured first class in the previous public exam.

You must have secured admission in any Indian or abroad university/institution through entrance test/merit based selection process after completing 10+2 or equivalent.

You must have attained the age of 18 years at the time of applying for education loan.

Mark sheets of last qualifying examination,

Admission letter from the institution,

Identify proof and Age proof,

Residence Proof,

Statement of cost of study,

Income proofs of all the parties involved,

PAN Card of the student and Parent/ Guardian.
