Hello Sir, I am interested to study Diploma Engineering course. I want to apply for an education loan for this course. I have an account in Andhra Bank. So, I want to know that what interest rates charges are there for this Diploma Engineering course if I apply an education loan from Andhra Bank?

Interest rates against an Education Loan in Andhra Bank to study Diploma Engineering course:

Loan up to Rs. 7.50 lakhs : MCLR (one year) + 2.00 %

Loan above Rs. 7.50 lakhs : MCLR (one year) + 1.70 %

0.50% concession in interest rates are given to girl students.

Education loans up to Rs 7.50 Lakhs – Base Rate + 2.75%

Education loans above Rs 7.50 Lakhs – Base Rate + 1.50%

The base rate is decided by the Andhra Bank from time to time.

Girl students can get 0.50% concession in interest rates and concession also offered to students who are studying in the premier institutions.

Andhra bank charges the following interest rates on education loan.

- Up to 7.5 lakhs: Base Rate + 2.75%
- Above 7.5 lakhs: Base Rate + 1.50%
