Scholarship for a candidate who has secured 1600 rank in GPAT?

I have qualified GPAT & my rank is 1600.
Can I get the scholarship?

It is 8000/- per month at present.
From DEC 01 2014 it will be 12,400/- per month as increased by UGC.
For all GPAT qualified candidates scholarship is almost same in every case. Rank doesn't matter.
